Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for your Hundred Health membership. Below is our refund policy:
Conditions for Full Refund
- If you wish to cancel your Hundred Health membership and no testing has been completed, we offer a full refund within the first two (2) days of the purchase of the applicable membership.
- Hundred Health will not issue a full refund if you have received lab testing in connection with the membership you wish to cancel and/or if more than two (2) days have elapsed since you purchased the membership.
- All gift purchases are final. No refunds, returns, credits, discounts, or rebates will be issued for gift purchases.
Conditions for Partial Refund
- If you wish to cancel your Hundred Health membership and either:
- It has been more than two (2) days since you purchased a Hundred Health membership, or
- You have received some but not all of the lab tests associated with your membership
- We will refund the cost of those lab tests that have not occurred. However, we cannot refund the cost of any lab tests already completed.
- Technology Fee: Hundred Health retains the Technology Fee charged as part of your membership if you cancel under these conditions.
Refund Process
To cancel your membership or opt out of renewal:
- Navigate to www.hundred.com/login
- Locate the orange chat symbol in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
- Select “Manage My Membership” from the list and follow the steps to initiate your cancellation.
- If you do not see the “Manage My Membership” option, click the home button at the bottom of your chat or exit the current chat using the back arrow at the top.
Important: A completed cancellation form is required to request a refund. If you are expecting a refund, our team will notify you of any eligible refunds after receiving your form. Please allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed.
Refund Issuance
If you are owed a refund, Hundred Health will process it in a timely manner:
- Refund evaluations may take up to 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the payment method used for the original membership purchase.
- Refunds will typically be issued within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
